Pricing
All prices listed on our website include a 15% Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Delivery and Handling
At Must Have Crystals & Gems, we ensure that your items are carefully packaged for safe delivery.  We ship using NZ Couriers. In the unlikely event that your package is damaged during shipping, please contact us within seven (7) days.

All items are inspected before shipment, and any damage during transit is the responsibility of the courier.   If your items are damaged, we can assist in filing a claim, but we will need photos of both the items and packaging (including the box) sent to us within four days of delivery.  In some cases, the courier may arrange for the damaged items to be returned to them.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items to Must Have Crystals & Gems within seven (7) days, provided they are in their original condition.  After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you and issue a credit voucher for the same value toward your next purchase.  Return shipping will be your responsibility.

Warranty
If you find any defects or issues with your product(s), please notify us within seven (7) days.  We will issue a credit voucher for the same amount, valid for your next purchase.
